9th & Hennepin

A donut bar on Capitol Hill, serving fried-to-order donuts, coffee, and booze, inspired by Tom Waits and New Orleans nightlife.

Testing, testing...

[02/05/15]   Well, then. After a few months of quietly working on this project, things seem to be moving forward a bit. I just got out of a very promising meeting, and it looks like I might have a temporary home at a well-known Capitol Hill institution, starting in the next few weeks. More info as things move forward...

9th & Hennepin: a donut bar

Thanks to all who came out to the pop-up at Cafe Pettirosso last night. Sorry if I was a bit busy in the kitchen and couldn't chat as much as I wanted. It seems like everyone had a good time, though. Thank you so much for the donations, and for helping out my little dream.

The kickstarter closes in just less than two hours, so there's still time to donate and spread the word.
